Located 500 metres from L.A. Live, Epic Downtown Apartment offers accommodation in Los Angeles. This apartment features a year-round outdoor pool and free WiFi. Free private parking is available on site.
There is a dining area and a kitchen equipped with dishwasher. Two 55' flat-screen TVs equipped with streaming devices that allow you to watch any and all channels or movies including international. Other facilities at Epic Downtown Apartment include a hot tub and fitness centre.
You can play tennis and mini-golf at the property, and bike hire is available. Microsoft Theater is 600 metres from Epic Downtown Apartment, while Staples Center is 800 metres away. The nearest airport is Los Angeles International Airport, 17 km from the property.
Property owner will send lease agreement to guest once reservation is received. Form needs to be filled out along with a copy of credit card and ID in order to secure reservation.
Please do not approach front desk across the street. Host will meet you upon arrival, show you property and give you full instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Epic Downtown Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. 行政院長賴清德今(19)日下午將拜會前立法院長、國民黨立委王金平，外界解讀這招很「高招」，一方面拜碼頭，一方面又可以裂解國民黨，對此，國民黨團書記長林為洲也坦承「這招很高明」，不過他強調，國民黨團的的責任是監督執政黨，不會因為賴清德姿態放軟，就放棄政黨立場。
賴清德上任後，已拜會過朝野各黨團，下午特別拜會王金平，相關人士指出，賴清德過去任立委，深知王金平在國會及國民黨影響力，也明白國民黨進入吳敦義時代後，必定要在國民黨本土派有所著力，不能光靠執政黨團衝鋒陷陣，政院也應及時出手，所以選在立院開議前拜會王金平，用意不言可喻。
而賴清德接任行政院長後，王金平日前接受專訪時表示，對賴清德接任閣揆，寄予厚望，也希望賴清德真正能夠獲得朝野共同的信任，真心誠意為國家付出，為朝野和諧，為國會運作順利，來做考量調整，如果能這樣，他祝福賴清德，有美好的政績。
對於賴清德專程拜會王金平，林為洲說「這招很高明」，賴清德的這些動作不能說不好，姿態放軟不管是對黨團委員或是前院長，都不會不好，但政黨還是有政黨的立場。
林為洲表示，國民黨做為在野黨，對國家最主要的功能，就是監督執政黨，立法院不是要來幫行政院通過法案的，而是行政院送來的法案，立法院要負責把關，提供不同的見解，才能達到行政立法互相制?，國會監督的目的，這才是民主的真諦。
